All returned or exchanged items must remain completely unused, unwashed, uninstalled, unopened, and maintained in original brand-new condition, with all original packaging, protective wrapping, labels, tags, and factory seals fully intact and unmodified without any damage, stains, or artificial traces. Customized products, personalized tailored textiles, and final sale clearance items are permanently non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances. Additionally, any home textile products that have been washed, soaked, installed on windows, laid on floors, placed for daily use, stained with oil, dust, or beverage marks, damaged by artificial cutting, modified, disassembled, or improperly maintained are strictly ineligible for return or exchange due to universal textile hygiene standards and quality control regulations. Specifically, curtains that have been hung and installed, rugs that have been laid on the ground for use, and cushions that have been used or squeezed are non-returnable to ensure the sanitation and quality of all products sold to global customers. To initiate a return or exchange request, customers need to submit an official application through the website platform with a valid order number and detailed reason for the request. After professional review and approval, customers will receive an official return authorization number and standardized return shipping instructions. Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping fees unless the items arrive defective, transit-damaged, or incorrectly shipped by our warehouse team. We strongly recommend using trackable shipping services and conducting professional repackaging to protect products from secondary damage during return transit, as any new damage will automatically invalidate return eligibility. After we receive, inspect, and verify the condition of returned items to confirm full compliance with return standards, refunds or store credit exchanges will be processed within three to five business days. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, with final arrival time subject to the processing rules of individual bank institutions. Direct exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles are not available, while customers can return qualified items for store credit to complete new orders.
