All valid orders will be processed within one to three business days after successful payment confirmation, excluding weekends and official public holidays, during which warehouse sorting, customized protective packaging, and order dispatching operations will be suspended for routine equipment maintenance and staff rest arrangements. As fragile and easily scratched decorative products, art paintings and vases adopt exclusive anti-fall, anti-collision, anti-scratch, and shockproof packaging solutions. Canvas paintings are covered with protective films, wrapped with thick bubble foam, and fixed in hard cartons to prevent canvas extrusion, corner warping, surface scratches, and color damage. Ceramic and glass vases are filled with customized shockproof foam for full wrapping and fixed positioning, avoiding collision cracking, corner chipping, and surface wear during repeated logistics handling and long-distance transit. After the order is completely sorted, professionally packaged, and officially dispatched from the warehouse, an automatic shipping confirmation notice will be issued with an exclusive tracking number, enabling customers to check real-time logistics transit status, transportation progress, and final delivery information online through any electronic device at any time. Standard domestic shipping generally takes four to seven business days for door-to-door delivery, while international shipping usually requires ten to eighteen business days due to mandatory cross-border customs clearance procedures, international logistics scheduling, and local terminal distribution arrangements. All displayed delivery durations are estimated reference values and cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
